Very comfortable
These work great in most kinds of shoes and are comfortable to wear. My husband uses them mostly in athletic shoes and dress shoes with laces, so the tops are adjustable. He says they make his loafer style shoes a little tight in the toe box, so he prefers the 3/4 style with that type of shoe. Seems to be really helping his plantar fasciitis.

A good, solid choice
I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis and heel spur for over a year. I have tried many inserts to help. This is one of my favorites. I can't really say that it improved the plantar fasciitis but I definitely can say that these are very comfortable to wear. It provided me with the arch support that I needed, the right amount of heel comfort, and more endurance of the pain while I walked. I definitely recommend others to try them.
