I've only been wearing them for a couple hours, but they seem awesome. They are very firm. My podiatrist gave me a 3/4 insert to place under all of my shoe insoles. This insert is very similar in structure. They are FIRM throughout the arch area which takes a bit of getting used to but the insole foam is very comfortable and the heel cushion is excellent.
